Terms of Use

This is a structure, not finished legal text. Every MARKED field needs your lawyer. Apple also requires that the subscription section matches what you actually configure in App Store Connect.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and COMPANY LEGAL NAME, REGISTERED ADDRESS. By downloading or using Zopanta you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Zopanta. Keep your password to yourself, give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You must be at least AGE years old.

3. How you may use Zopanta

You may use the app for your own personal use. You may not copy it, take it apart, resell it, or use it to break the law or to interfere with anyone else's use of it.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Some features need a paid subscription. Subscriptions bought inside the app are billed by Apple through your Apple Account, and they renew automatically until you cancel.

  • Cancel in your iPhone settings, under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
  • Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the current period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own rules.

Confirm the price, the billing period, the free trial length and the renewal terms match App Store Connect exactly.

5. The ring

The Zopanta ring is optional hardware. The app works without it.

Add the warranty period, the return policy, the shipping terms and the name of the manufacturing partner. Say who the customer buys the hardware from.

6. Zopanta is not a health service

Zopanta is a tool that helps you build a habit. It is not a medical device, and it is not treatment or a diagnosis. If your phone use is causing you real distress, please speak to a qualified professional.

7. Our content

The Zopanta name, the logo, the app and everything in it belong to us or to our licensors. Using the app does not give you any ownership of them.

8. Liability

LIABILITY CLAUSE. Have a lawyer draft this. It must respect the consumer protection rules of every country you sell in, which limit how far liability can be excluded.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Zopanta and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of COUNTRY, and disputes go to the courts of CITY, COUNTRY, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
